After standard customer training had been received in Germany, JJH Engineering Ltd were chosen to assist the customer on site in Slovakia. This included development of their part programs, improvements to the process, and the introduction of probing cycles, to assist in part quality, and reliability, on a particularly tight tolerance component. Following on from this success, a second contract was awarded, for the training of additional staff, which would allow this twin spindle 5 axis  machine installation, to be operated on a three shift system, and development of other part programs, for components being transferred onto this new technology.

After the installation and acceptance of their first 7 axis machining centre, JJH Engineering Ltd, were awarded the contract to assist OAO in the development of a new fixture system, introduce new specialised cutting tools, develop the cutting process and part program, in order  to reduce cycle time. These changes were implemented, on the customers second 7 axis, single spindle, heavy duty milling machine, which JJH Engineering Ltd assisted in the installation and set up of on site..

Following the success of the project at Twer, JJH Engineering Ltd were selected to support the installation of the first 5 axis machining centre at Strelochny Zavod. This work included full technical training of the operators on site, writing and development of part programs to machine a family of rail components on newly purchased magnetic fixtures, by utilising special form cutting tools. This work continued, and increased to develop the programs, probing techniques, and cutting process for other existing components, utilising / developing the customer’s existing fixtures, but introducing new cutting tools, and methods. .
