Following project support for Cross Hueller in the UK where JJH Engineering gave full commitment of staff for a number of months, including on - site support at the customers, and technical assistance for process development – Cincinnati USA confirmed JJH Engineering would be the right partner to support a 4 machine and FMS system Order in the UK.
Without the expertise from JJH Engineering Ltd, to develop the existing part programs, maintaining the existing process on new faster equipment hundreds of thousands of pounds would have to be spent fully testing batches of aircraft engine parts by the UK customer. (Cross Hueller and Cincinnati are now part of the MAG Corporation

Repeat business for JJH Engineering Ltd

The Customer Operator Training on twin spindle – twin column 5 axis machining centres, and applications engineering support given by JJH Engineering was one of the deciding factors when placing new business. JJH Engineering stepped in and took over the project for the first machine in the UK following manpower problems. The customer, impressed with the level of support, specified that the second machine order should also be supported by JJH Engineering.

JJH Engineering Ltd – Rolls Royce Supplier.

Applications Engineering support required on Aero Engine components and development of fixtures required to machine turbine blades was required at the Rolls Royce Barnoldswick site.
JJH Engineering secured the business, and assisted in training of Rolls Royce Staff allowing the customer to continue component and fixture development on future parts.

JJH Engineering Ltd – Secures Worldwide Support Contract.

With a full order book S.H.W. Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH needed additional support for English speaking countries. Having worked on UK projects, and previously supported technical sales for S.H.W. JJH Engineering were the logical partner. JJH Engineering to date have supported S.H.W. directly on site in the UK, Russia, and Slovakia, and in technical support for India, Hungary, and China Projects

JJH Engineering Ltd – JCB  Approved Supplier.

Engineering support required on Boom and Frame components and development of programs and tooling processes was required at JCB Heavy Products. JJH Engineering secured this business and continue to give technical support as and when required.
